Alireza Siyari is a capital market and corporate finance professional who has built his career at the intersection of economics, law, and the market. He holds a PhD in Financial Management from the University of Tehran, possesses professional capital market certifications, and serves as an official court expert (Karshanas-e Rasmi) in capital markets. Over more than two decades, he has held roles ranging from specialist to senior management in various institutions, including the Tehran Stock Exchange, Amin Investment Bank, and Sepehr Investment Bank.
He is also a co-founder of the Charisma Financial Group and one of the founders of the XAT Financial and Legal Group. In these capacities, he has played a key role in establishing and developing financial, investment, and managerial structures across various organizations. In recent years, he has served on the boards of directors and in the management of numerous companies in the fields of investment, commerce, energy, and financial services.
Part of his expertise extends to international trade and foreign exchange transactions, specifically within the exchange house (Sarafi) sector. This has provided him with a practical understanding of financial flows, currency risks, and the dynamics between domestic and international markets.
